Thinstuff collects personlized data (e.g. names, addresses,...) during the registration and checkout processes within the web shop. Thinstuff does not collect any payment data through this website. All payment data entered on the payment partner website during the checkout process will not be accessable to Thinstuff.
Additionally to your personal data all your orders, the invoices, payment status and licenses are stored. Because this data is necessary for accounting, this data cannot be requested to be deleted.
Any login to the license system, the support system, the online shop or any other service, personal data and addresses not relevant to accounting can be requested to be deleted according to EU laws.
Thinstuff does not sell any of the collected user data (wether names nor email addresses or any other information to third parties, it may however share the data with its registered distribution and business partners (e.g. to perform marketing campaigns, to pass support services to partners,...). In any case only the minimum amount of data necessary will be passed to partners and all partners are strictly prohibited to pass the information to any other person or company.
All non-free Thinstuff products (except where explicitly stated) include 1 year basic support. This basic support includes email support with no guaranteed response time and no guaranteed solutions for a particular problem. For advanced support please contact Thinstuff directly.
The bought software can be updated (e.g. additional features, bugfixes,...) for one year within the same major version (only changes in the minor version, the part after the ".") for free. Updates to other major versions or editions can be bought according to the currently valid and published price list.
Only features and bugfixes officially released by Thinstuff may be used to update a specific version.
The different RDP Server editions provide license limitations as documented in the currently valid pricing and feature document as well as described in the Thinstuff online shop.
The evaluation version is for evaluation purposes only and must not be used in productive environments (neither in a company or privately). It has some feature limitation as described in the product description and manual.
